Software Review

JIRA: An ideal tool for Project Management, simple interface for users to manage their assigned projects.

JIRA/Confluence: Used for document management for a relevant project, simple interface is appealing.

Tableau: A good Data Visualization tool, integration and new tool Prep is noteworth.

MATLAB: I have been using since 2004 and Core product and AI, DSP tool boxes are very valuable. I used the parallel pool and could not do substantial work with it.  Interestingly searching of code was very useful in University of Sydney CAASTRO Centre Project where source code was over 10 years old.

.NET: No doubt, this is very helpful. Have used the product from .NET 2003 and now 2016. We use .NET for Data extraction via APIs

FileMaker: Using since 2012 and compact and combination of integration, reporting and database as a single source is very valuable. Data migration is crispy. There were no issues encountered when migrating from APPLE servers to Windows, version 14, 15,16 now 17 is very smooth.

Oracle: Recommended by Gartner, On-premise solution is compared other PaaS products is noteworthy. Cloud based subscription now enables SME to encounter Oracle. Customer service is very proficient. Attending the ChatBot session in Melbourne, can imagine how careful and attentive when they handle customers.
