Champ Mendis is currently the Data Scientist of Triple A Super. He holds PhD and MEngSc from University of Melbourne and Special Degree in Computer Science from University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC). He was also the Sri Lanka Coordinator World Summit for Information Society. He worked in Sinhala Unicode Standardisation Committee, Consultant to Department of Posts on eMoney Order Project, and worked with other international bodies International Telecommunications Union (ITU) & Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT). He represented University of Melbourne in Table Tennis at Unigames 2011, Gold Coast, Australia.
